Urban  Wakeboarders make the most of flooded Budapest streets !

Todays video shows some Extreme Wakeboarders making the most of a bad situation and entertaining the crowds.

That is until (predictably) the police come along to spoil the fun. Apparently, when the streets flooded an emergency ruling was brought in, stating no one is allow in or on the water ! 

Check out these extreme urban wakeboarders as they slalom between flooded traffic signs,street lamps and guard rails.

Cornish surfer beach told to F*ck off back to England ??

Well, I don't know about you but the last time I checked, Cornwall was still part of England.

What is this guys problem...... apart from the fact he obviously failed his geography GCSE' !



In today's video this SUP paddler appears to think Cornwall is not part of England. Telling surfer Phil Brown, who is from Cornwall to "F*ck Off back to England" because  he "shared" a wave off a CORNISH beach !


In the video the paddle boarder can be heard shouting: ‘You drop in on me like that again and you won’t f*****g surf here again. It’s my wave, keep your f*****g eyes open.’ (Charming !)
Mr Brown replies ‘There’s no need to swear.’
To which the articulate SUP Boarder responds, "‘Don’t tell me not to f*****g swear – you nearly caused me an accident then.
I was on the wave. Don’t do it again. Do it again and I will put you in f*****g hospital and that’s a promise." ..... (REALLY ? Chill out dude !)

The "Potty Mouthed" unknown paddler goes on to say "Don’t act like a t**t in the water." ...Hmm, Who exactly is acting like a t**t ???

The very patient Mr Brown  (somewhat too impatient in my opinion) tries to apologies and it is then that "potty mouth" responds with... " F*** off back to England you ****."( ......very classy !)

 
Mr Brown then points out that he is in fact from Cornwall, the man responds in a strong Liverpudlian accent ? ..... ‘I was born here’.
Mr Brown then tells the man "it gives you no more right  to the waves". Can you guess what the unknow paddlers retort is ????

Yep you guessed it..................................F**K OFF !

Australian Mick Fanning returns to competitive surfing. 

Australian champion surfer Mick Fanning returned to professional competition yesterday and celebrated with a win. 

It is less than four weeks since his famous fight with a great white shark in the J-Bay Open Finals in South Africa, but is didn' seem to affect his concentration form. He looked composed and focused nailing his first heat with two five plus scores in the Billabong Pro in Tahiti.

Fanning beat fellow Australian Adam Melling and Tahitian Taumata Phuetini in his heat with a total of 12.17.
The event was called postponed later in the afternoon due to bad weather conditions It is thought that it will resume tomorrow.

Fanning told ABC news, "It was just great to get back in the singlet and focus on surfing again. There had been so much hype about the incident at J-Bay and so much media attention. I just wanted to move on."

Australian, Mick Fanning donates $75,000 TV fee to injured surfer in NSW shark attack.

The three - times champion was interviewed on Channel Nine's 60 minutes about the news that his fellow surfer and friend Mathew Lee had suffered a vicious attack by a great white shark. After the interview it was reported that fanning will donate the $75,000 television appearance fee to Mathew , who was attacked by the shark in Ballina early last month.

It is just over two weeks now since Mick Fanning survived a very precarious 
encounter with a shark himself.  Although Fanning walked away relatively unscathed from his encouter, Lee was less fortunate and has had extensive surgery . It is reported that he suffered serious nerve damage in both lower legs. He remains at the Gold Coast University hospital.

Nine network chief executive, David Gyngell,  pledged a further $25,000 to Lee for his ongoing treatment.

Lee’s family posted their thanks on A Facebook page set up to support Mathew. At the time of writing the Facebook page has over 4600 likes.

“Mick Fanning and David Gyngell,” also posted  the following on the Facebook page - “No words can describe how grateful we are for the generous donation.”

Five weeks after the  attack, Mathews partner Suzy Gerada posted a Facebook update on his condition in hospital. The statement read ....

'He suffered major nerve damage which has been operated on but at this stage it is still unclear what the impact will be on his long term rehabilitation', the photo captioned.

'He has also been recovering from infection associated with his injuries.'

'It is hoped that in the not too distant future Mat will be admitted to Ballina Hospital to commence rehabilitation. '

Australian  Mick Fanning vows to return despite shark attack.

Mick Fanning has vowed to return to surfing despite fighting off a shark during the J-Bay Open Finals in South Africa.

Mick, who was clearly shaken by the ordeal, thanked well wishers for their support and spoke to reporters on his return back home to Sydney, yesterday afternoon.

He thanked Julian Wilson, his "warrior" mate and fellow competitor  who bravely swam towards him during the attack..

"I guess someone was looking out for me. To walk away from a shark attack with not a scratch on you, it's a miracle really," said Fanning. When asked if he had a message for the shark. He replied: "Thanks for not eating me". He went on to say, "I guess someone was looking out for me.

Dramatic footage of the ordeal (Above) shows the moment the shark attacks, knocking Fanning of his board "It sort of came up and went for the tail of my board," he said. "I don't know why it didn't bite. It just kept coming back."

"I was on top of it, trying to put my board in between us," he said. "I don't know if I punched it hard or if they were baby punches. I just went into fight or flight."

Fanning called his survival a "miracle" and that he was "just lucky it wasn't my time".

"Surfing's got me through the hardest times in my life, so to turn my back on surfing wouldn't be right," he said.

"I felt so insignificant. The thing was so powerful and it just moved so fast. To walk away from a shark attack with not a scratch on you, it's a miracle really. You just count your lucky stars."

He said surfers were in the sharks' domain, but vowed to return to surfing and J-Bay in the future.

Julian Wilson spoke of the horror of watching helplessly as his friend and mentor was "manhandled" by the shark. "I honestly froze and ... I was kind of freaking out," Wilson said. "I came over the wave, praying he would be there and not ... with blood everywhere."The worst case scenario is in your head, I felt like I couldn't get there in time. It was such a horrific feeling"

70 km/h concrete drainage ditch kayak race !!!

Watch Ben Marr and Rush Sturges race their kayaks downhill at 70 km/h in a concrete drainage ditch.

The video below was taken by Ben Marr on his GoPro Cameras.It shows kayaker Ben Hurtling down a drainage ditch at speeds of up to 34 miles per hour (55 km/h)  before dropping into Lions Bay in British Columbia.

The footage for this video was shot by Ben Marr and Rush Sturges on their GoPro cameras  and shows the two racing at speeds of up to 70 km/h. The two kayakers made it safely down the drainage ditch in just under a minute before being deposited into Lions Bay.

The recordings were taken with helmet- and kayak-mounted GoPro cameras.
